The facility was very nice and the staff was super courteous and helpful. I had gotten a hot stone massage, and it was one of the most relaxing I had ever received. I nearly fell asleep, I was so relaxed! It was worth every dime, I would gladly do again and I would one hundred percent recommend.

The 2 times I went in for a cold plunge the staff (Whitney + Leah) were very warm and friendly. Next time I'm in HS I'll schedule a deep tissue massage.
