• My service person was an awesome professional & did a great job, however I don't appreciate your business tactic of assuming a 20% gratuity at check out because you know most clients would feel obligated to agree to it because that are hit with it and put on the spot. That's not professional and puts a negative cloud on an otherwise great experience. This spa is not supposed to leave clients with a negative bad taste in their mouth on the way out. Shame on you for taking advantage of those clients who may be to nice and embarrassed to decline that gratuity. That's not professional hospitality. It's not sales or business development. I encourage you to Learn the business side better! And sleep better at night. Thanks for asking.
