I've been traveling to Hotsprings for years, and what I've noticed is that the "established spas" don't care about customer service any longer. I found Thai Me Spa, and this is my new ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! From the time I walked in, I felt like a valued customer! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience! I so needed the pampering after a funeral. Super grateful for the Supreme Care and Concern.. And YES, to the flat bread pizza and Madagascar Vanilla Vodka!! Not only was I pampered physically, but mental and emotionally also!! Kudos to Morgan in the Oxygen bar who sealed it all in with a heartfelt hug!! 😊

Cold plunge is mostly what I go for because of my mental health and afterwards I ate the flatbread omg delicious food and the professional courtesy they showed (2nd to none and above the rest) love these people ❤️
