Staff Was Kind, Knowledgeable & Outstanding!

The facility was well-laid out and clean!

It was a good massage.

I was staying at the Arlington and they had zero massage appointments available so this was the availability I needed.

The walls are too thin though. I kept getting shushed by my therapist. She said the boss would complain. Either the boss needs to chill out or she needs to create better sound proofed rooms.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and pampered. Unfortunately we were a couple of minutes late due to weather and parking. (Highly recommend parking in the $4/hr lot just down the street rather than wasting time finding street parking).
My friend and I purchased the Me Time package which included a massage, foot scrub, mini facial and bath soak. Brenda provided a firm but relaxing massage, really working out the knots. The facial felt wonderful. The ingredients used didn't irritate my sensitive skin and left my face so soft. The foot scrub was just ok. Likely rushed because I ran late.
Following the massage, I was led to a private bath where I soaked in a super hot tub with an aroma of my choosing. I was kinda stuffy so I picked a headache blend. It worked wonders. I wasn't sure what to expect since it was not a true Hot Springs mineral soak. But it felt great. There was also a light snack and a mimosa. Note: you will probably need to get out at some point and turn the overhead exhaust fan on because it gets very hot and steamy. I would not recommend the bath if you have high blood pressure.

Left feeling gloriously relaxed!

I have already recommended to two friends that occasionally visit Hot Springs. Had a wonderful couples massage.

Leah was so nice and very accommodating! These service was well worth every penny spent! We loved the amenities and how nice everything was!

Amazing atmosphere and attention to detail. The massage was outstanding. Caleb listened to my needs and did a phenomenal job!

I was excited for my birthday spa day, unfortunately this place didn't leave up to the hype. Atiavo Drew gave me the massage but there was no Thai to it. I got the Thai-me custom massage and herbal Thai body scrub. Absolutely not I could have bought tree hut scrub at Walmart for $5 and could have had a better experience. I asked Atiavo for more pressure or to focus on shoulders and it went over his head. That being said staff was nice, Vichy shower was just a shower with broken water heads. At least they didn't push product on me ‍

I was hopeful. I scheduled 3 services. 50min facial, 80 min massage and 20 min add-on reflexology $330.00 not including tip . ( 1 woman performed all three service and presented herself qualified to do all three) .
Her treatment room is small and tight by massage industry standards. She did not have adequate walk space around the massage table. I felt this may have effected her performance.
Note: if only receiving a facial the room size is adequate for that service.
She did an good job with the facial . 4 stars .
I told her she could use the 20 reflexology mins to extend the time on scalp / head massage . I cannot review the reflexology service.
Reference: I am a retired 20 year veteran massage instructor.
A few of her massage techniques were incorrect stroke techniques ( only I knew) ... and the average person would probably not know . I had a hard time enjoying some portions of the massage. The space around the treatment table was so limited ... I feel it limited her access to my body .
Most segments of the massage felt therapeutic and effective.

A note:
There was a bug on the wall to the right of the mirror in the treatment room. ( explained by the torrent rains the day before)
. I had to run down the hall for restroom break wrapped toga style in a sheet ( no robe available) my feet were covered in gravel like dirt from that run ...( I should have put my shoes on) but my therapist did wipe my feet with hot towels after .
The manager reached out to me after the original review ; She was genuinely interested and concerned with my experience.
She offered explanations.
They are all very nice and professional people and really genuinely want your experience to be a positive one .

Visited Thai-me Spa and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and the spa had a relaxing atmosphere. I opted for the Thai Massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The therapist was skilled and attentive to my needs. The spa also offers a variety of other services like facials and body treatments.

I came for a couples massage. I opted for the deep tissue and my partner, the Swedish. I appreciated the ability to mix and match for the lower price of the Swedish.

My masseuse was excellent! I don't remember her name but she was a middle-fed Asian woman. Maybe her name was Okinawa?? Or Owala???

She was in constant communication throughout the massage which was such a relief because I have major social anxiety and need to work on speaking up when services I paid for aren't going my way. I probably need some therapy for it too but whatever.

It was NICE that I didn't have to have an anxiety-riddled massage because due to her frequent check-ins. The pressure was perfect; deep with the use of elbows, palms and knuckles but not painful. She also stepped on my back and did a small hop to pop my upper spine. It was so drool worthy.

Well worth the money.
