Great experience from the phone call to schedule the appt, the explanation and advice/helpfulness upon arrival, cleanliness, and the relaxation was great. My only hang up was that it was not explained on the phone the shower scrub down. As a woman, I had other plans after but was not aware I would have to remove all my makeup and did not bring more with me. No points deducted, it was good for me to step out of my comfort zone, but that would be important to let women know prior to the float session!
