As a working mother of an 18 month old child, strongly recommend this! This place was so relaxing an inviting! The owner is knowledgeable and welcoming! My only regret is not doing 2 hours as a first timer. It was difficult for myself to let go at first because of the new environment coming from such a long way after work and home. I plan on returning soon with a more familiar mind set to continue deeper into this experience!
