The masseuses that tended to my daughter and I gave the *kindest* service, and the young lady who made our tea was so accommodating. We were made to feel very comfortable while learning to navigate in a new experience. Lovely, lovely staff. Thank you!

There were a few complications with our reservation which resulted in us getting an upgrade thanks to the front desk woman who was very understanding and sweet. The staff were super sweet as well which created a smooth and amazing experience:) Wish we tipped more!!
I wish they could’ve provided cups for water drinking inside the room. But overall experience of the sauna, jacuzzi, and massage were very good!!
