There is no parking around the area, and I had to leave to move my car because I didn't bring change for meters. I was uninformed and it did upset me that I had to leave my appointment to move my car and miss out on some of the time I was so happy to spend at Tea House spa. The service was amazing but it was an inconvenience that I was not well informed about.
Best service and privacy
The massage area can be better. It was just a tiny bright room not very relaxing. Maybe put a nice wallpaper and dimming light would add a better ambience.
Always great customer service, a wonderful experience, beautiful garden view and a relaxing hot tub. What's not to enjoy! Thank you...been going here for 15+ years east.
