• It was my first time and Laylan was my stylist. She made the experience really special. She's a skilled listener, she's detail-oriented, and she's empathetic. That empathy made for an outstanding experience, because it's clear she knows what to do to make people feel pampered and beautiful. I've already made another appointment with her. Also, the vibe is great. It's mellow but welcoming. It feels spacious and airy. And it was peaceful--music wasn't too loud, it felt like a retreat from life. And every other person there (including Zoe the dog lol) was really kind and friendly.
