• Gigi is excellent and salon is still fresh and airy with a good vibe. Love the services here. Rescheduling was easy, even with a bot, but the salon holding back the 50% to apply for future is fully fair, but was a clunky process to apply later. Had to note that the salon had half already. Not the stylists fault, they seem not to proactively had this info. But all was easy once they knew to check. Thanks again for running a great, customer-focused business that still respects the stylists.
