• I went into Taylor Monroe after a several month hiatus. I was worried about the condition of my hair and wanted to just bring the color back to vibrant. I met with the Shane whom I have seen in the past but had been basically a year prior. He remembered details about my life after one meeting and that really stood out, it showed he was genuine and that goes far with me. In any case, while I went for a basic root touch up, we got to talking about pre-bonded keratin hair extensions. Benji had mentioned them to me prior but I had not been back. So after learning about them, I decided to go for it on a whim! First let me tell you, I did some reading on it on my own subsequently and it seems fantastic and not harmful to your hair because it is bonded to your hair with healthy keratin. So I was relieved to know it would not ruin my hair. The process was easy, painless and quick for me! Here’s how it went down: 1. I had my hair dyed as usual 2. Dried 3. Then Shane placed the extensions at the crown of my head and around. For me, a full look was the goal as opposed to length. 4. Shane bonded each hair “packet” to my own hair with a small flat iron (?). 5. I did a conservative amount and WOW!!!! I am really surprised how light they are. You don’t feel them at all unless you go in to touch them. They literally match my hair color, texture and density perfectly. Lastly, the look is so subtle for me but such a big impact. My hair is always very healthy and in good shape. It just laid completely flat on my head. This has given me the very subtle appearance
