I chose the highest rating because this is a local business and the setting was absolutley perfect for a group of 5 to meet. We were welcomed to enjoy the patio space before and after our paddle. The check in process was a bit busy and maybe portable devices to complete the waiver could reduce congestion at the front desk, but other then that a 10! We will be back for sure in the near future.
