• 3 reasons, in no particular order: 1. The receptionist handled the call exceptionally, made me feel welcomed and cared for. And, she upsold me to a 90 min massage I didn't even know I need it until it was over. 2. Danielle is OUTSTANDING, her care, effort, knowledge about the body, kind gentle demeanor and incredible skills are remarkable. She always makes me feel like I'm the only client of the day. 3. The facilities are clean. One suggestion: Upgrade the quality of the candies / chocolates/ cookies at par with the price and level of service. It will change the way you are perceived from the entrance, and it's a nice treat to a client that just spent at least $150 for one service.
