We have always had a good experience here and the tans look very nice. I scheduled my appointment just like I have done in the past many times and received a conformation like usual. When we showed up for my daughter's appointment, the tanning tech did not have us on the schedule, which was very surprising. I showed her my conformation and she made a call to her manager. It was a mistake on their part, but the lady was still able to get my daughter tanned that day, even at that moment when we showed up. The tan turned out great as always and we are very pleased with the great customer service they provide.
