I had a much better experience this time than I did on my last visit. Emily in Richardson was friendly and took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't just try to hurry me out. I'm only 1 day into my tan but so far I'm very pleased. I'm not real pleased that it's 1 Groupon/Living Social voucher per customer so not sure if I'll return or look for other options who offer a discount.
