• Because everyone was so nice. The shop was very clean.

• Lisa was very kind. She listened to my requests and followed through. She used heated stones and heated moist towels. She offered me a bottle of water. When I told her that I didn't use plastic, she brought me chilled water in a glass. Jordan did an excellent job on my eyebrow wax. I told her that my skin reacted if the wax was too hot. And voila! No reaction!
