• My stylist Billie Jean was great!!! She's a ten! But the front staff was less than welcoming. My appointment was 1:30, didn't get seen until 1:45, no explanation given and I was never offered a beverage. Another person walked in and was immediately offered and given a cold drink. I felt invisible. And I spent $175 at my visit. I will think hard about returning and recommending.
