• The groomer was great! 10 Your front "Greeters" not so great. You have no protocol for dog accidents. You mop. Meanwhile, clients are coming into your front parlor. It's a safety issue. No paper towels, no sanitation wipes, no direction except to take it outside to the parking lot garbage can? Really?? I had a poop bag and tissue with me. I used your hand sanitizer to disinfect.
