• Staff was very welcoming & they ensured I was satisfied with my dog’s cut. I even ensured they cut her dew claws because they missed is the past couple times. They reassured me they didn’t miss it and even included it in her notes. Because she’s a long-haired dog, they can be hidden at time. Thanks for the attention to detail and ensuring my dog was well-taken care of!

• Cut was not choppy. It was blended. He did not get injured or have scratched etc. Lastly, the people are always so friendly and put a bandanna or bow tie on Milo.
