• Everything was pretty smooth as far as appt set up and such. To be honest, I don't normally give perfect scores to any ratings I do (not even myself) but I'd totally refer friends/family

• My dog had an incident where she ran through a field of burrs. She was completely covered with burrs. Tails of the city got me in for appt immediately and every burr was removed and grooming was excellent. Staff was amazing. Very friendly staff. My groomer Rita from Rita and Mikes was out of town so she recommended I come to have my dog groomed at Tails of the City. So happy I did. I have a very happy dog now.
