• I scored a 10 because over the 15-20 (?) years we've been happy with Tails. Some groomers are better than others, but the overall experience boasts a 10. Our pups do have razor lines pretty much all over, and the inside of the ears did not get trimmed, or very little. It's very important to have ears well trimmed with field dogs and dogs with floppy long ears. But...I'm not going to complain, though I was very clear on ears. They were done in 1hours. Often, groomers take up to 3 hours on 1 pup and still have razor lines, so ultimately, I am very happy. I'm thankful we got them scheduled a week out and the price is also great. Courtney used to groom them, but became very flakey. I know she is also very popular, but wasn't working out for us in the end. Shelby is our girl, hope she comes back. I would like to know though, who knows field cuts the best, and then I'd schedule with them. All in all, we love Tails. Never ever have had an issue with customer service either, in fact it's only gotten better over the past couple years. Almost easier to deal with Tails directly than with individual groomers. We are happy customers! Thank you!

• Tinamarie is the best. My dog has lots of bumps/warts/moles (we don't know what they are) and she never breaks them. It is amazing. My dog looks so cute when I pick her up. You are all the best.
