• Always openings, good times of appointments to select from, courteous employees, appointment telephone reminders, easy location and typically have the same groomer, so feel like they know the pet to better understand the dynamics when in there care.

• You overcharged me again. I asked my daughter to pick my dogs up. My dog Kobe is on 6 week plan (55 bucks) and now the last two times you charged me 65 dollars. Can I get a 20 credit??

• All the workers there were welcoming. Courtney was the only one who I’ve trusted with my dog Leo for grooming etc, since we wasn’t available I chose Jason to groom Leo. I gotta admit, I was nervous for my Leo but Jason did a phenomenal job. From now on, I’ll only go to Jason. Thanks!
