• Shelby is my go to groomer. She is always excited to see Milo and Milo is excited to see her, she does a fantastic job with his cut (not choppy or disproportionate), and is great with customer service. In the past, I had someone else there who cut my dogs paw pads on multiple paws. They never told me anything. I only noticed it on my own after getting home from the grooming. I will never stray away from using Shelby ever again. I am loyal to her and appreciate her! Plus the cute little bows and other personal touches (like the pumpkin paw print this time) make me so happy!

• Everything with the grooming was perfect. I really suggest you figure out how to take credit cards. I don’t carry cash on me. I might switch groomers just because of this.
