• Great service from groomer, but had to wait a long time for pickup because receptionist was servicing another dogs nails and no one else could help or even took the time to call up my groomer. So I just had to wait while she attempted to cut a difficult dogs nails.

• Jason was friendly, didn't rush me and listened to what I wanted, delivered great results, and my two dogs were in and out in less than 2 hours! They get stressed when they have to spend longer periods of time away and I greatly appreciate the very prompt service!
