My dogs would be safer if they were brought to the lobby leashed. Not every dog (including mine) is under voice control or works and plays well with others. I worry about the chance of my dogs (or anyone's) being injured or getting out the door.

I needed help getting my dog out of the vehicle, staff was helpful. My dog always comes home happy and well groomed. They noticed a problem with his ear and made sure to inform us so we could get him care. Pick up and payment was a breeze.
