• It was freezing in the building when I dropped off. I was worried the bath and after bath situation would be cold for my babies. The business is new but there is little to no decorations or "love" to make it warm and inviting. One of my three didn't smell fully clean when I picked up. On the positive side Maddi was super sweet and friendly. She definitely gave my babies TLC.
