• I love the finish cut on my Yorkie! My groomer did exactly and better than I expected! I'm glad there's a zoom groom option so I don't have to leave my baby there for multiple hours, and all the staff members were nice and easy to communicate with. You can tell Nova's groomer actually had skill and technique compared to other groomer who just simply shave all the hair off and trim the face, our new groomer actually styled a dog cut. Nova looks adorable!

• My dog Peanut went in yesterday 5/2 and his groomer was Autumn and she did an amazing job on peanut, she made him look super cute, even after the appt she described in detail what she did to peanut. She was great and I will book with her again!

• Bolt has been going there for eight years. We haven't had any trouble. He doesn't mind going there. The girls are very nice to him and that's the number one thing. If you're dog does not want to get out of the car you know it's not a place for them.

• Autumn is great and we love Echo's groom. I also really appreciate that the employees are quick to respond and respond in general (that's why I switched groomers). The only reason why I gave a 9 and not a 10 is because you don't accept debit or credit cards. Otherwise I'm happy and I would recommend the salon to my friends.
