• The greeting lobby is too noisy and unwelcoming in design and layout. The groomer did a fabulous job with my dogs. I'll return for the groomer and just bear with the lobby.

• Olivia takes great care of Elvis and fast. Done in 40 minutes. Not the 2-3 hours wait time normally which sucks.
