• My dog is very difficult to groom. She was in rough shape and is short now.

• My Scottish terrier Harley can be a difficult customer. Maddie was able to trim his nails and clean up his paw pads. His last grooming (at another shop) left him traumatized for 6 months. He left the shop happy and has no post traumatic stress. His cut in general looks good.
