• I brought my dog in for one groomer and another groomed the dog. she did a very nice job. But I also had a long wait to get my dog. They are very busy, they are very good. I will go back.

• The Ability to speak to someone on the telephone and make an appointment. The friendliness of your staff on the phone. The kindness and friendliness of staff and groomers inside the store. The dog is happy going in And Happy coming out and is happy in the lobby. These are reasons why I would recommend tales of the city

• The groomer at the Woodland location (sorry I didn't get her name) was awesome. My cat, Panda, can be quite a handful, yet this young lady was making friends with Panda from the minute I walked in. The groomer was very concerned about Panda's tolerance level, and took great measures to ensure that Panda wasn't too stressed, but still managed to do a first-class grooming job. I will never consider taking any of my pets anywhere else as long as this groomer and your shop are in Woodland.
