• The lobby clean and the staff are friendly It only took an hour and a half for my dog to be groomed, so my Molly was not left in a crate for a long period of time. Abriana has groomed Molly twice now, she has done a great job. She text about a half hour before completion, so again, my dog is not left in a crate
