• I'm not picky about my dogs haircut, but I think if someone was hard to please they might not be satisfied. There are uneven areas and her face wasn't 100% clean. My dog was relaxed and wasn't traumatizedwhen i picked her up. I liked the vibe I got from the groomers (both visits, different groomers) and that was more important than the actual haircut to me. The facility seems safe and clean, for routine grooming for pet dogs I highly recommend.

• We were searching for an excellent groomer and saw they were open for business, so we make an appointment. We have been extremely happy with their work. Very accommodating every time we are there. Have recommended them to our friends.
