• I love coming to Taichi Wellness Spa. In the beginning, my visit was related to frequent headaches and strong right jaw pain. I was diagnosed with TMJ and was given medications for pain and a bite guard for at night use. After one visit, the pain went completely away and I'm able to have full range of motion to my jaw. I do the reflexology and acupressure combo therapy. I do find better results when I ask for a deeper tissue treatment with acupressure. I'm sore for a few days, but it is worth the benefits. I come for visits now periodically to de stress and help my lymphatic system drain. The muscles in my neck and my shoulders are so much more relaxed now.
