• Mona has been fantastic and has a depth of knowledge. I've been to chiropractors, Oak Haven Massage and New Era health spa and the mobility in my shoulders never improved much. She has the ability to massage out stiffness by getting rid of adhesions and scar tissue. My mobility is so much better. My shoulder issues started years ago after a serious rotator cuff injury.
