  • For 50/10, it would be great to return to 12 minutes per circuit rather than 9. Or 4 circuits for 9 minutes each. Still only 36 minutes of exercise, but better than just 27!

  • Great use of the physical space to accommodate a large group of people. Mike did a great job accommodating those who had injuries or other limitations. I haven't had access to a gym/weights for a few months and I felt pretty weak but I never felt shamed, only supported and encouraged to keep working towards my goals.
