• To do three piles of paperwork upon my arrival that usually are not even reviewed but are on file just in case and one of the first things on there.. Name? Preference to be called by.... Then the first thing out of the person's mouth is your first name rather than your preference. Why bother? It's the first three things on the freaking sheet of the first page of the book That's why you get a nine instead of a 10. From there on it was heaven
