• The personnel at the Synergy Wellness Center were pleasant, attentive, professional, and informed. They also texted me a week before my appointment to remind me, and they made it simple to cancel the appointment by replaying the text if necessary. They also called to remind me the day before the appointment. Finally, the initial form asks you to write down not only your areas of discomfort, but also the reason for your massage. The paperwork asks if the massage is for therapeutic or relaxation purposes.
