I often refer friends to Synergy. I love the classes but I do wish there were more on the schedule like Joanna’s Sunday class.

I took April’s class this morning- I’ve been going to her classes since Synergy opened. She is kind, funny, and knowledgeable. Her classes are the perfect mix of self care, stretch and strength. Synergy, April and the entire staff are absolutely amazing.

Every time I come into synergy, I am always greeted by wonderful staff and the treatment/activity rooms are always peaceful and calm and welcoming. Synergy has a great array of workshops and treatments and I love coming there.
