The class was amazing. So calming, therapeutic, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The instructor was fabulous. Clear instructions, always ensuring communicating what props we could use if we were beginners, and was funny and engaging. I loved every minute of the experience it was my first time there. My employer offered and paid for the class for I'll be coming back individually now for sure! Thank you!
