• I participated in the March 3 Sunday night bliss workshop. Janet and Melissa are so good at making sure each person there gets the most of the practice, even if it's not the same for everyone. Accommodating for all levels and all conditions is not at all easy yet they make it seem that way. That goes for any class I've taken at synergy, and why I would have no problem recommending synergy to someone
