Georgia is so kind and understanding of the seniors in her sessions, she makes us feel like we are doing all the poses 80 to 90 %, when I am lucky to be doing them 40 to 50 %. Over the years I have attempted yoga a number of times and this the first time I have stayed with it, going on 5 years. Thank You, Georgia
