Love the instructor. The studio is really clean. The check in woman really pleasant. The slow flow is my jam. I don't love full on yoga but love slow flow to stretch out my muscles and release stress.

Synergy is a warm and welcoming sanctuary. I practice yoga there a number of times each week and always find the instructors to be friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the variety of classes offered and the variety of times they are scheduled. It is the 1st time I have felt confident enough in such a facility to sign up for a yearly membership.
