I found the whole experience from the surroundings, people I came in contact with and especially Eileen who took time to explain (when asked) the process which I had never experienced. It was totally invigorating and relaxing at the same time. I immediately signed up for another longer visit. Wonderful experience.

The process could've been a bit smoother. After I scheduled my sessions no disclosures or anything was sent to me. Nothing via text or email. When I get there they had me do it on the spot which is understandable. However, it would be so much more convenient if they tell you to fill everything out beforehand online. Also not everything can be filled out online like the client intake form. Overall though it was good
