They created very welcoming atmosphere for the retreat. The programs were helpful and insightful. The joy program, yoga, nature walking and sound bowls made for a nice peaceful day. It fostered a sense of community and helped me focus on grounding myself. Self care is very important to me and I left feeling very fulfilled. It was a great way to kick off the spring season.
