This was (somehow!) the first class I think I've ever had with Kathy. She was filling in for Georgia. Kathy's class was the perfect mix - humor, nurture, and challenge. One of the best things about Synergy is that the instructors are each unique, but always so accessible and "real". Kathy is no exception!

I don't live in the area so I did an online Gentle Yoga class. The streaming worked really well and it was very helpful to have someone other than the instructor modeling the poses. The Gentle Yoga class was exactly as advertised, Julie McKay is fabulous and the class was what I needed on that day. Thank you!
