• The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere synergy has created for yoga is calm, pleasant and encouraging. They have classes for beginners, restorative & yin for low impact but great for stretching and then classes for the more advanced yogi student. Very well rounded. I have even started seeing more classes starting later in the day so those of us who work out of town can get back in time for the classes.
