• The ladies were friendly and explained everything. I did the cyro after a 30 mile bike ride. I feel no soreness or stiffness in my legs. So I have to say it seems to work. GOOD FOR ME

• I have been using the Cryotherapy for reducing spacticity from MS. The results so far have been incredible. My walking and posture is much improved. I noticed marked improvement after the first session. I have seen improvement in range of motion in my shoulders, neck and hands too. Easiest and painless therapy I've had in the 27 years living with MS. I have also done the restorative yoga a vew times and that has helped restore some flexability and range of motion. Being suspended makes it so much easier. I don't have to worry about my balance stopping me from doing the different positions. Everyone on the staff is very helpful and friendly.
