• I've always been a HUGE proponent of deep tissue massage to heal an injury - complete healing requires constantly breaking up the scar tissue that forms &keeping the blood flowing through the tissue to promote healing. The addition of the cryo treatment after massage is fantastic! My son will be a senior in highschool this Fall, & is going after a college football scholarship in long snapping. He currently suffers from severe triceps tendinitis. He said he felt"GREAT" after being in the chamber, & the next day he felt an improvement with certain movements. We have secured 9 more visits & cannot WAIT to get him backin! This treatment is phenomenal - I highly recommend it!

• Angi put me at ease immediately. She was very nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and did not try to "sell" me at all. The facility is easy to find and very comfortable. Looking forward to trying the cryo and already scheduling my second session with Angi. So happy to have found Synergy and excited to make it a part of my marathon training regimen.
