• I love all the anti gravity yoga classes. The instucters are so nice and helpful with all levels. I have never felt out of place because they help you through anything you may be having trouble with. its just so much fun and very relaxing. I am 52 and I attend with my daughter who is in her 20's so it is definitly for all ages and levels and is something everyone should try, and you will be hooked like me!
