• The word has traveled all the way to Arizona. I was out there for a golf fitness seminar and a PGA Tour player basically told me that if I didn't find the crewat Synergy when I got back to Ohio that I was making poor life choices. ;-) Needless to say I do not regret my decision. I'm already in the books for my nextsession.

• I am a professional mixed martial artist with over 30 fights. Along w/ numerous broken bones and injuries. Ranging from broken tib/fib, radius, broken jaw, hand, hamstring tears. And with massage therapy, Normantec recovery boots, and cryotherapy I'm able to keep grinding throughout fight camps at a pace that few if any can keep up with it! Because I never stop that's why they call me the Wolverine! And the staff is second to none! Everyone is polite, caring, and very informative! Can't wait to see the new location!
